The GWMC comes in two configurations currently: The GWMC matte box on its own (including the filter trays), and the GWMC Kit that comes with the Matte Box, the Top Flag, adaptor bars bracket, and a set of step up rings to a 82mm filter ring (full kit). Q: 5. It says in the description that this mattebox works with a rod system or with the adapter rings. The pictures do not show any connectivity to rods- is that an extra accessory? Is the description wrong? Can it connect to 15mm rods?

Q: 6. will this case fit my DJI phantom 3?

A: not sure the size of the DJI but i have two DSLR cameras 8 lenses two that are long tele lenses batt with charger and other misc stuff for my cameras. I do a lot of off roading in my Jeep and everything is well protected.

A: Sorry, but I do not have the ProFoto equipment. It does hold everything else I have. The case plus a lot of equipment can get rather heavy. I bought a smaller case to use when planning limited events.

Q: 9. is this mate box a kind of clip on attachment? I mean, could I use it without rods?

A: Yes, this Mattebox comes with a 82mm clip on adapter for 82mm threaded lenses. Other sizes are available seperately.

Q: 10. Is this 1510M case with the larger wheels and stabilizer blocks also in the TSA approved range for carry-on luggage like the regular 1510?

A: I have flown on several international flights with it but had one or two problems on internal flights, though not always.It goes in the overhead bins but only sideways, so you might have a problem on a full flight. I guess it just depends on how strict the airline is.The smaller standard wheels are just ridiculous for all but the smoothest concrete sidewalks.Best,Charles
