[20' / 6 m] this thing works great with Meets and Zoom with no computer. different setting make it work in different sized rooms.

[20' / 6 m] I used this controller with ProPrompter for a corporate event in Savannah, GA and it worked perfectly. I was able to program the buttons to do what I wanted and it was easy to make small adjustments to the speed to track the speaker's pace.

[70/30] I've owned these for years and have always appreciated how sturdy they are. There's no wavering or twisting as they rise and fall. Plus, if a client asks to move them quickly during a set-change, I can grab the lower shaft knowing it won't bend. They're not hydraulic so they won't leak oil— they're not pneumatic so they don't need to be recharged, either. They use an electric motor so that in case the power goes out, you can still manually adjust them... which sounds useless until someone cuts the generator at the end of a show and you still need to collapse them into the case. (It happened to me!) I also like the new base knob option which makes for a quicker set up. I'd highly suggest getting the 18 extensions in case your client makes you place the monitors on the ground instead of stage level. The shrouds they come with are adequate, but you will want to fabricate your own taller, hinged shrouds for when outside in full sun.

[20' / 6 m] Stand is sturdy and fairly easy to assemble and line up. Mine is set up on carpet and works just fine. I used 3 48" monitors so I'm not sure how bigger screens would fit to adjust but works great with what I'm using

[720 x 400] I am a one-man-band in-house for a software company, and I use this to shoot product owners talking about the services our company offers.It is easy to set up, it works flawlessly, and it gives a professional look to in-house production values. Since the talent doesn't see the camera, it is also less intimidating to those who are not used to being in front of a camera, allowing for the capture of better footage.Combined with Teleprompter+ for the iPad and using the iPhone as a remote control, this system provides excellent value and ease-of-use for a beginning teleprompter system. I like being able to edit the script on the fly and not having to have a bunch of wires and extra computers to drag around to different shoot locations. This has definitely helped to up our game for producing quality videos to promote what we do.If you have a smaller camera or DSLR and you want to shoot wide, I'd recommend getting the single-column camera riser piece, Autocue item number MT-SSP/HH, which is not listed as an accessory on B&H's or Autocue's sites at the time of this review, but is shown in the product brochure. I spoke with a sales rep for Autocue about how this should either be included in the kit as shown in the product literature, or at least listed as an available accessory.The rep was responsive, glad to hear the feedback, and mailed a riser to me after saying that he had brought my feedback to the attention of his managers, and that changes were being made. ... a good product makes this easy for me to recommend.
