The Steadicam AERO 30 Stabilizer System with Arm & Batteryis a full-on Steadicam system that is also a user-friendly choice for beginners. It supports up to 20 lb loads, and offers tool-free adjustment of the sled.

Included are a 7" HDMI/3G-SDI monitor with 1000 cd/m² brightness, an A-30 arm, Zephyr vest, BNC video cable, mini-XLR monitor cable, and eight 0.25 lb balancing weights. A two-section carbon fiber post is extendable from 22.5 to 35.5". V-Mount, Gold Mount, and DV battery mount options are available and sold separately from Steadicam.

Q: 1. What is the battery pack? Is that to power the camera or the steadicam itself?

A: The battery powers the Steadicam monitor. No power is required for the Steadicam, it works based upon proper balance and is gravity powered. The camera runs on its own battery.

A: The Aero 15 is perfect for a DSLR! That is exactly the size camera this was designed for.

A: no this does NOT include the docking bracket

Q: 4. What are the dimensions for the Steadicam Bag for Steadicam Aero A-15 or Steadicam Steadimate A-30 Arm?

A: The bag is 22 long, 10 tall and 6 wide. It has a zipper along the top and is made for the Steadicam A-15 and A-30 arm.

Q: 5. May I please know if the a 15 arm is compatible to other brand like the glidecam steady cam but not a tiffen sled?thank you so much

A: The Aero 15 is only compatible with Steadicam Stabilizers. It will not work with a Glidecam system. There are however arm and vest systems that will work with Glidecam stabilizers such as the X-10 Dual Support Arm Stabilizer Vest System, B&H # GLX10. A: The Post size on the Areo models is as follows- 1/2" Basic Docking Bracket = Standard with AERO-15 1/2" Deluxe Docking Bracket = Standard with AERO-30

Q: 9. This is confusing. Does this item come with the Canon LP-E6 battery mount, or not? The title description says it does, but the body of the description says it doesn't. Please clarify.

A: Yes it does, B&H # STAHDCA30 includes the LP-E6 battery mount.

Q: 10. I have a JVC 790. My camera weighs 11lbs with the battery mounted. Can I power the camera with the lower battery? Can I balance an 11lb camera on this?

A: It is possible to power the JVC GY-HM790 ProHD ENG / Studio Camera on the Steadicam AERO 15 Stabilizer System with Gold Mount Battery Plate and 7" Monitor using a D-Tap to 4-pin XLR cable that is regulated to the 12v power 4-pin port on the camera. Regarding the balancing, the arm with sled supports up to 10lbs. If the payload exceeds 10lbs, it is recommended to use a stronger arm. [30 x 24.5 x 20"] It holds the PC very well without removing the functionality of the function row. It's easily adjustable for you laptop and holds it firmly. I let my girlfriend try out the Aero table and strap and she found it easy to use for her needs. 5

[30 x 24.5 x 20"] This is a simple but useful product. I have the Aero Traveler table (16x14) with the thing on the side to hold a hard drive, XDC I think they call it. The length of the strap is adjustable, and is long enough to wrap around both the laptop and the drive holder. This way it helps prevent the drive from falling (or getting pulled) out of its slot. This strap is well made, like all Tether Tools products Ive used. 5
