A: I would get the standard. In my opinion there is no point to the slim. I'm a 110lb. 5'4 girl and I use the standard. Better weight distribution over a wider area.

Q: 5. How much weight can be carried with this system? I currently have a Canon 5D mkIV with battery grip and 70-200 for one side, and a 7d mkII with battery grip and 300mm f2.8 for the other side. Q: 6. Purchased Black Rapid RS 4 Classic and Sport. Really like the Classic. Concerned on the sport the main strap attaches at one end with a click clasp. If the clasp opens camera falls. Classic doesn't have the clasp and appears no chance for strap to open. Is there a way to double secure the clasp on the Sport ?

A: It includes 2 connectors... regardless of that I recommend to buy some more since they are so resistant and practical. A: This harness mostly keeps the cameras at bay but if you are running then you may have to keep them pressed against your side to avoid them bouncing around.
