A: Unfortuantely, the Canon EOS-1D X Mark II DSLR camera does not have built-in automatic High Dynamic Range (HDR) capabilities in-camera. However, the camera does have Auto Exposure Bracketing (AEB) capabilities, as indicated on page 243-244 of the camera's instruction manual. The camera brackets the exposure up to 3 stops in 1/3-stop increments for three successive shots. You may use the AEB function to create three images in succession, then use software like Adobe Lightroom Photomatix Pro, Aurora HDR, or Canon's own Digital Photo Professional software (included with the camera) to combine the images to create your own HDR images.

Thanks to its Dual DIGIC 6+ Image Processors and its advanced sensor, it can capture huge 4K (Motion JPEG) video at up to 60 fps, recording smoothly to CFast cards. It's the first EOS camera able to record Full HD video at 120 fps, easily displaying minute details imperceptible to the human eye and ideal for slow-motion video capture. With the camera's new touch panel display, AF points can be easily selected while the camera's rolling, and focus can be quickly confirmed with the EOS-1D X Mark II's 4K still frame grab feature*, wherein an 8.8-Megapixel still image can be selected for review and saved. Low-light performance is improved as well, with video recording at ISOs of up to 12800 in 4K and 25600 in Full HD. The EOS-1D X Mark II also features uncompressed HDMI output for Full HD videos, helping to facilitate video editing with minimal image degradation. [Dry Adhesion] I've sent the last few years traveling back and forth from the US and Africa. In my travels I've had many people ask me for photos. Of course they like to see the photos on my camera screen but the glare from the sun when outdoors prevents them from seeing their photo clearly. As a consequence, I have many people snatch my (very expensive) camera for me, especially childre, so that they can get a better look at their photo. Now with the anti-glare screen protector, I can still keep taking and showing people pictures of themselves without taking the risk of having someone gran my camera and possibly breaking it. 5

[Plastic] The protective properties of the shield was the primary purpose of my purchase, but the anti-glare feature is amazing. I had no idea there was such a thing and it has made photo taking outdoors a much friendlier experience. 5

[Dry Adhesion] I was a bit skeptical at first about the ease of applying this protective film layer. I had a dust article get under the film and thought all was lost. Amazingly, their technique of using scotch tape worked like a charm and all was saved. I'm very happy with the product. 5

[0.01 lb] Cool product and glad they send extras in the package. This is critical, make sure you clean your screen with alcohol and a soft lint free cloth. Then go over it with tape to grab any left over particles. Then apply the film for a bubble free installation. :) 5

[6.2 x 4 x 0.5"] I have this product on several cameras, on some for many years. None show any sign of wear or scratches. I actually only bought this last set for a new 5D Mark IV in order to get the protector for the little LCD on top. Bought a glass Vello for the main screen. The Vello did not adhere well AT ALL, so I used this one instead, and it's perfect. Should have just trusted the Expert Shield, as it is, as always, perfect. 5
