A: You would use the standard speed ring. You MUST buy the adapter that goes to the softbox! If you try to use the light head on a light stand, the massive weight will tilt the softbox. The adapter holds the Octobox and the Speedotron connects to that holder.

Q: 10. Will it fit profoto b1 500, what kind of speeding isavailable that is compatible with bi 500 and this soft box?

A: Yes it will fit any strobe. You just need the speed ring for the corresponding strobe.

[165.3 lbs] This is a great rack shelf. The punch out pattern on the bottom both helps keep gear cool as well as acts as a place to run cable ties to keep cables clean. 5

[Tilt] I bought this product to be used in my A/V rack that I built for my home theater. I needed a solid back on the enclosure so I got the Panel for a cable pass through for all the speaker and video cables to my server rack located behind the wall of my theater. 5
