To satisfy the growing storage needs of small to medium sized businesses, Quantum Scalar i40 LTO-6 Library with 2 Tape Drives, 25 Slots, SASoffers the Quantum Scalar i40 IBM LTO-6 Library with Two Tape Drives (25 Slots, SAS). This tape library is designed to house up 2 drives and supports up to 25 active tape slots capable of holding LTO-5, LTO-6, and LTO-7 tape drives. Connecting to the network is simple thanks to the built-in Fast Ethernet network interface while the 3U rackmount form factor makes installation a breeze. Once installed, the included iLayer software covers everything from diagnostics to scalability, and with 256-bit AES encryption standards data is protected from outside intrusion.

[75 to 375 TB] Albums are really very lovely. I like them and will use them. I would have liked to have an option to also have full page self-adhesive pages. I cannot find self-adhesive pages to fit these albums and do not want top loading pages. Advise on this would be appreciated. 5

[2] I use this to archvie 4K digital cinema data, using a tape library to back up a RAID. The tapes are expensive and the process is slow and cumbersome, but it is probably the most stable format for archiving digital data. If you are developing a new system, you'll probably want LTO-6, but if you're already on LTO-5, this product is just fine. Keep in mind that eventually you will need custom labels, so buy a bunch of them in advance. 5
