A: The Tilta Battery Plate for DJI Remote Monitor (Gold Mount) does use the DJI Remote Monitor's NP-F battery plate for power pass through, and partially for mounting, but the issue when attempting to use it with other products with NP-F power ports would be the mounting part, as this plate is also designed to line up with the DJI High Bright Remote monitor's cage, where it would be screwed into place using a 1/4"-20 screw. If you were to use this plate with other devices it would mount into the NP-F battery receiver, but it wouldn't have the 1/4"-20 connection to help support the weight of the heavier batteries, and could cause damage to the device's NP-F receiver. So it isn't really advisable to use the Tilta Battery Plate for DJI Remote Monitor (Gold Mount) with other devices.

Q: 9. will this worked flipped around? I.e. with the rods on the bottom instead of above.

A: While it is possible to mount the Tilta Battery Plate for Sony FX6 Type II (Gold Mount) with the 15mm rods on the bottom, the DC plug would be on the wrong side of the camera and may not reach the DC input on the camera.

[Gold Mount] Bought this because it was cheaper than the Anton Bauer version by a landslide. I was pretty impressed with its built quality. Very comparable to the competitor. Also a little bit smaller too, which is nice. I ordered a second one shortly after the first one came in the mail. 5

[Gold Mount] Ive only used it once so far, but out of box its screen worked, showed up charged, and powered my camera. When I put it on my smaller V-Mount battery charger, it was compatible, though the charger gave me a red light for a duration of time before changing green, even though the battery itself said 100% initially. 5

[Gold Mount] I needed something big and beefy for my BlackMagic Ursa Pro 12K, it draws around 40-50 watts, my Monitor another 20-25, my wireless motors another 5-8 watts, and my wireless video system another 5-6 watts. So my power demand is high - these gave me a nice solid 4-4.5 hours each, so 2 are all I need most days. The have a few extra added benefits too - the Ursa has its SDI ports on the right side of the V Mount, and most dtaps are on the upper right of batteries, but these had it on the lower left of the battery so I don't have to finger with it to fit. Also the digital display gives a perfect readout of power draw, and time remaining, it also tells you how long it takes to recharge. They are just really great in a lot of ways. 5

[0.31 lb] Needed a way to power my bolt 6 transmitter without being tethered to a cord. Mounted the bolt 6 to a mic stand and used the adapter to mount the battery to the mic stand and connected with the DTap. Works perfectly. 5

[Gold Mount] I used these power D-Tap mounts on many occasions, on my camera, steadicam even my Jimmy Jib. Very reliable and love the D-tap outlet. Nothing negative to say about it! 5
