[60 W] Had never used a disc printer, so I was wary of just ordering a cartridge, especially on a deadlining project. But B&H got it to me very quickly, and the print job came off without a hitch, with beautiful colors.
I would caution a new user to go EZ on the disc image design, because mine was lovely but just too intense, and I burned through the cartridge more quickly than I should have. So, go a little lighter on your color/design intensity on the disc... and the disc will go a long way.

[13 lb] I Have just received the SE3 Printer (not burner) prints very fast and accurately. It replaces my Primera Bravo 2, which I had for 15 years of light to moderate work load with no issues and only replaced it because they stopped making the ink for it. WARNING about the ink: The SE3 and 4200 series printers only use 053334 cartridges. And comes with a full cartridge. 53332 and 53335 cartridges DO NOT work with these printers. they work with the original SE printers.

[60 W] I received the Primera SE-3 printer 11 days ago and have printed 41 CD's with 9 different designs, so far. This printer replaced an Epson XP-830, which (finally) died. The SE-3 is a terrific printer. I should have switched years ago, but the cost of the SE-3 caused me to procrastinate.
The SE-3 works very well, and is fast. No fumbling with lining up the CD correctly, as with the Epson. Just drop a new CD into the bin and push print. It is fascinating to watch it work through the semi-transparent cover. The software is very intuitive, and provides every feature one would need, including all colors, straight or circular text, resizable text and photos, adjustable inner and outer margins, backgrounds which can be solid color, predefined pattern, a photo, or variable intensity.
The printer does not waste ink, as did the Epson. The ink cartridge does not dry out, however, I am using the printer every few days. But that will change after Christmas. I give the printer 5 stars.
And B&H got the printer to me in only 3 business days!

[13 lb] I had been using a Micrroboards G4 printer for years. It is now a dinosaur, and very hard to get printer ink and there have been no updates for any drivers since Windows 7. It finally gave up the ghost and I decided to try the Bravo SE-3.

I am absolutely delighted with the print quality! Right out of the box everything was calibrated and my first test print of one of my designs was absolutely flawless. This printer is much faster than my old one and I haven't had any jams or miss printed discs. I am absolutely delighted with this printer! Set up was very simple with no problems and I was up and running within 5 minutes of starting the whole set up process. My two previous Microboard printers required a great deal of time to calibrate and even get the software to load. Not this one!

My only minor complaint is that the manufacturer needs to update their easy set up sheet. It says that there are software discs included but that isn't true. You have to go online and download the software, which is very quick and only a few megabytes. But there's no indication of that in the included documentation with the printer. Other than that it was very simple, and tech-support was prompt and efficient. I called them, they answered promptly, telling me to go to the website to download the software. So Primera, please revise that set up instruction sheet (dated 2016) to reflect that you download the drivers and design software!

Ordering was super easy, and the printer arrived exactly when promised and in perfect shape.
