Made for basic triggering of manual flash heads or on-camera flashes in non-TTL mode, the ALZO Wireless Flash Trigger Kit for Photographyfrom ALZO Wireless Flash Trigger Kit for Photographycontains a 433 MHz Transmitter and Receiver that have 16 channels with DIP switch selection to defeat RF interference, especially when working in the midst of other photographers. The transmitter has a very low profile of only 1/2" and includes a 2.5mm mini-phone sync connector for triggering a bracket-mounted flash. The receiver has a hot shoe, a cold shoe for mounting, and a PC outlet for triggering flash heads with cold shoes or for additional hard-wired strobes. Radio transmission makes it possible to trigger a flash at distances up to 80'.

A: Any way that is convenient. You can put the flash on to the hot shoe if it is that type of flash or if it is a studio type flash you need to use the supplied cord. Remember this is a manual flash not auto so you have to test or use a flash meter

A: The receiver can fit a Godox flash at the bottom so you can fire it with the Freewave LR trigger.

Q: 10. Work with Samsung NX 30 ?

A: I DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE SAMSUNG NX 30. I PURCHASED THE KIT TO USE ON SONY A6000. IT WORKS BETTER THAN I HAD HOPED. I CAN MOUNT THE TRIGGER ON THE A6000 AND TRIGGER A NIKON SB700 WITH NO PROBLEMS. I USE THE SB700, BECAUSE IT WILL NOT WORK WITH SOME SONY EXTERNAL FLASHES. I HOPE THIS HELPS.

[16] This trigger works well and is easy to install. Just put the trigger on the camera hotshoe, put the receiver on the speedlight hotshoe connection, and you're set to go. Works everytime you fire the camera. 5

[433 MHz] These worked right out of the box. Replaced a very small set from another manufacturer than had those big flat hearing aid type batteries. These have two AA's, simple to install, and has an on/off switch for easy use. 5

[433 MHz] I have built models and published articles and reviews about them for decades. For years I used Arri hot lights with a diffuser for photography (all from B&H) and a pair of high intensity desk lamps for construction. Recently I decided to find photo lights to replace both. Not only is the little ALZO LED lights' brightness perfect for my purposes but so is the color temperature. The little ALZOs have exceeded my expectations. The thin wall aluminum stands and lamps themselves are lightweight and time will reveal their durability. The ball and socket connection between the stand and lamp seems unable fully to tighten down but does hold the light exactly where I want it and neither has come loose. The diffuse light the lamps emit allows leeway in placement so I rarely find it necessary to reposition the lamps. The ALZO lights are not heavy duty studio lamps you can manhandle but certainly are less delicate than many things you are likely to photograph with them. The price for the pair is about half of what it would cost to replace only one of my former desk lamps. Overall I consider the ALZO 2-light kit an outstanding product. 5

[433 MHz] I do a lot of product photography of highly detailed scale model trains, and these lights are fantastic at highlighting all of the bits and pieces and eliminating shadows. The adjustability works great and the bases are heavy and stable. 5

[433 MHz] This setup allows me to photograph small artworks indoors at any time of day--a life changer. It provides reasonably even light. I end up with some gradient, but it's almost always a big improvement over sunlight through windows. I've had it for over a year now, and although I leave the lamps set at an angle and move the stands around a lot, the ball clamps are holding up fine. They do require frequent re-angling and tightening, but they are more than adequate for the modest price. I love how lightweight and steady the stands are, and the way the hinged feet can be positioned easily at different angles, and also that the necks can be easily and securely adjusted up and down. 5
