The Sunpak 620-756 Quick Release Plate VideoPro-M 4 Tripodfits the VideoPro-M 4 tripod and features a rubberized surface with 1/4"-20 camera screw, video pin, and a built-in bubble level for precision equipment positioning. A quick release plate can be kept attached to the camera's base and allows the user to quickly and easily attach or remove the camera from the tripod without having to waste time fumbling with the threaded mount.

A: I would not buy this quick release plate. It is very jiggly and not stable. You need to spend the money for a good stable tripod that has a swiss style vee locking mechanism with no wiggle in it. I learned the hard way

I would have to recommend to try to contact the manufacturer directly or the store where the monopod was originally purchased to inquire if they have a recommended replacement quick release plate for your needs.

[0.095 lb] It seems like it might be refurbished or 3D printed, there's some glue residue on some places and feels lighter than the original plates but doesn't affect functionality. I can't really complain since Sunpak don't make these anymore and these work fine. Definitely works it for the Sunpak 620-PISTOLGRPQR. 5

[0.095 lb] Solid, looks just like the original. Strong, supportive and sturdy. The screw handle is a little stiff but does not affect the performance when used with the Sunpak pistol grip (which I can't live without) The quick release is an important function in my line of work and type of shooting. It is also better to purchase at B&H rather than other big name stores which were 3x the price. Thanks B&H for being competitive. 5
