The Schneider Xenon-Topaz 30mm f/2.0 C-Mount Lens P-Iris 1.1" Sensorsis designed to function in demanding environments such as machine vision, quality control, 3D measurement, robot vision, food processing, and security/surveillance. The lens supports sensors with resolution up to 12MP, and features a lightweight, compact mechanical design and sturdy construction to withstand extreme conditions while providing sharp images. The optics and coatings on the lens are optimized for the visual spectrum of light as well as near infrared light transmission.

The lens has an f-stop range of 2.0 to 16, and the focus setting is lockable, so you don't have to worry about it shifting. The M30.5 filter thread allows you to add filters to the front of the lens to physically protect the lens element. This lens is the P-Iris version for motorized iris control.

A: Yes it will..there is an internal ring that will press aperture pin on M42 mount lens..depending on your lens your distance scale and such might not align in the exact center of camera...There are a few set screws you can loosen and reposition lens and re-tighten..

A: The Fujinon 1.5MP 12.5mm C Mount Lens with Anti-Shock & Anti-Vibration Technology for 2/3" Sensors (B&H# FUHF12.5HA1S) is for use with standard C mount cameras. It could be used with the Bolex H16.

Q: 3. Can this lens be used in conjunction with the aida hd-100a camera body?

A: The AIDA HD-100a is a C/CS Mount camera. It should work well with this lens.

Q: 4. Is back focus adjustable, and if yes, how do do you do it?

A: Hi. Before purchasing this lens have a good look around for alternatives... its not a bad lens, but please remember it was designed to be a CCTV lens not a production lens..In answer to your question, yes... you can focus, the lens has 3 tiny grub screws that you need to slacken before focus.Hope this helps.PJ

Q: 5. With a C-mount to m43 adaptor, can I use this lens on a Lumix g7? Thank you

A: While this lens could be adapted with an adapter it would not cover the sensor of a M4/3 camera and not be a desirable lens choice for a M4/3 camera. It would not really work properly with a M4/3 camera since it is designed for 1/2 inch sensor size cameras.

A: It would appear to be a suitable replacement.

Q: 7. Will this adapter work on my a6000? Also, how quick is the autofocus on this adapter?

A: I have a Canon Mark III. I purchased the adapter, but decided to return it. I purchased a new Sony A7 camera and bought it to try to use my canon lens. For me the response was too slow to capture the image.

Q: 8. If I use this on the Sony A7 with full-frame Canon lenses, will I get the full-frame resolution or will it be cropped at APS-C?

A: The adapter is full fame. On a full frame Nex camera like the A7 you will get a full frame image.

Q: 9. We are using AIDA Imaging UHD6G-200 4K which recommend a 8mp resolving capability for usable lenses. Will this line work and meet those qualifications?

A: It will not. This lens is designed to work with cameras with up to 1.5 megapixel sensors.

Q: 10. I need a C-mount lens for Super 8 - requiring flange depth of 17.52mm - will these senses serve?

A: The flange depth for the Fujinon 1.5MP 9mm C Mount Lens with Anti-Shock & Anti-Vibration Technology for 2/3" Sensors is 17.52mm.

[C-Mount] I am an engraver who has difficulty due to a neck injury using a microscope. These are not only a honest product but affordable alternative, giving me the flexibility that my microscope does not allow. This company's customer service is exceptional, initially when it arrived the light did not work. A quick phone call was greeted with a level of concern that impressed even myself (who had headed a CS dept. for 13 yrs). [30mm] this lens is great, I use it with my FS7, FS700, A7S and A7sII, the lens cover perfectly the Full Frame sensor and give me a little more narrowed image in Super35mm, color rendition is amazing and have no breathing at all, very happy with it for 4K and more 5

[30mm] I am thrilled and excited to work with this new lens, I went into the store to buy another lens but when I experienced the high quality of this lens I bought it on the spot and have not regretted it. It is sharp, fast, and brilliantly crafted. Years ago I used to use a Leica camera and I had the same kind of thrill with the lens, it is worth the money to get such excellence. 5

[f/2.0 to f/16] Not much else to say about these but the fact that they work. You could spend more and get the Geffens, but those are virtually identical to these. 5
