[Yes] My primary interests are in landscape and macro photography. This tripod gives me exactly what I need for both of these in a single package. In the few weeks I've had it, it's already proven to be very versatile and easy to use. The balance between stability and weight have worked out well for me. I've found the multi-angle center column to be extremely versatile and flexible.

[0.995 lb] Needing an absolutely solid base for my Hasselblad 500cm, I found this very fine Tiltall BH-07 Ball Head mount for my new, Benro TMA47AXL Extra Long Series 4 Mach3 Aluminum Tripod. After many years of shooting with a very light weight, inadequate tripod with flat plate/head, I'm in heaven sighting in and adjusting my shot with this wonderful head! Thanks also to B&H tech support for confirming compatibility!!

[Yes] I actually bought these (I own 2) to pair up with my Kessler Cineslider and they work wonderful. They support the weight easily and the photo ball head makes it very easy to level the slider. I will be using this for photos as well but for my intended purpose they are great.

[Ball Head] I use this for mounting my Panasonic UE150s onto mic stands, and it works really well. They have excellent form factor, and they can speak several languages. I recommend them.

[Yes] Fits atop my ancient Marchioni Tiltall with the new Gary Regester double-extension column perfectly, taking very little room. Tight machining and smooth operation. This thing is built to last. With its slender profile and generous weight capacity, I can see this model renewing all manner of tripods.

[Yes] I like this ball head because for it's size, it's the strongest and locks up the tightest of any other ball head I've owned (including: RRS, Kirk, SLIK, FLM, and Gitzo).

[Ball Head] Just used this for 7-days straight. Water, sand, dirt, handles it with no problem. Solid as a rock. Ball head is excellent.

[Yes] I tested this product thoroughly and it is solid. It is easy to use, locks well, doesn't creep once locked with heavy weighty equipment in the unstable portrait orientation. This was rated very highly by a German Tester, he tested several parameters and is well worth checking this review for many ballheads. This ballhead is small, has multiple levels, well marked on the pan base for panoramas.

[0.995 lb] What makes this tripod amazingly versatile is the ability to position the center pole horizontally and then angle it up and down as desired. The lever release makes this operation smooth and effective. I have another high quality tripod that can position the center pole horizontally but it can't change the angle up and down. I have to do that by adjusting the legs. A bit clumsy at times. This tripod does it using the release lever. Much easier to do.

[Yes] Haven't use it but a couple of time but locks well with a Sigma 300mm f2.8 lens mounted on a Pentax K-1.
