[0.3 lb] I just got it recently, but it seems to work extremely well. I had no problem at all with the AA slot. I can't understand what one would need instructions for. To show which direction to insert the batteries? And I had to laugh with those that struggled with the two buttons that didn't do anything. Those are to test a 9V battery, which it does very well. Take a close look between the two 'buttons' and you'll see '9V' etched into the case. 5

[0.3 lb] Since I video my church's sermons each Sunday, I like to make sure that the batteries have a good charge before using them in my condenser microphone. Since the amount of time is one and a half to two hours of use, it is good to know that my batteries will last for the entire time they are in use. And as well, I can test my home flashlight batteries, watch batteries etc. before using them. This is a very handy product. 5

[0.3 lb] This inexpensive battery tester is exactly what I needed, so I could replace microphone batteries before they died. Previously, I'd been guessing at how soon I needed to replace the AA batteries. The plastic seems cheap, so this should not be considered a rugged piece of equipment. But for the price, it's excellent. 5
