A: The Motorola HKLN4604 Swivel Earpiece with In-Line Microphone & Push-to-Talk is designed specifically for use with Motorola DTR Series, CLS Series, RDX Series, RM Series, and DLR Series two-way radios. We are not able to confirm compatibility with any other radios, but it is possible that it might work with another radio from a different manufacturer that uses an identical wiring configuration, not just the same size connectors.

A: I'm afraid not. The RM-30P is only compatible with the HXR-NX5R and a PXW-FS7. The FS7 must have the Version 4.0 Firmware installed to work with this remote control.

The switch works very well. I am an amateur drummer. Because it is a difficult thing to sing and play drums, I need to shut off the microphone easily. The switch is heavy duty, the LED light is bright when the switch is on, and the angle of the switch with respect to the floor is just right. 5

This is a well built solid PTT. It does the job well. We use it for our drummer and he loves that it stays in place and doesn't move or flip around like other PTT switches do. 5

We wear these horseback riding and we wear helmets. The ear pieces with headbands are very uncomfortable (to me, my wife doesn't seem to mind the headband). I have to use the PTT switch, but I'm ok with that too. 5

Well built, sturdy, great for a foot pedal. Likely not that good for a desk top hand switch. A little stiff for that. Perfect for a foot on off switch. I use it to control my studio talk back microphone so I use my foot and keep my hands free. Thanks Whirlwind! 5

This filter performed great, i tested it today with a Neumann U87i with various male and female vocals; the response was crystal clear on the highs and very natural lows, compared to fabric filters which tends to cut a little of the very high end and sometimes resonate with some of the lows specially if someone blows straight into them. The clamp holds it in the right position without having to overtighten the thumbscrew, the neck also works very fine letting you place it wherever you need, although I think a longer neck would make the whole thing better. 5

This earpiece is so great. It's easy to use when working on a production event. I love that I can switch the earpiece to either ear. Plus the sound quality is great. 5

The construction of the box and the switch are sturdy. It stays in place on the desk. Plenty of room to add a label. The blue light works whenever phantom power is applied, even with dynamic microphones. 5
