The Silynx MWPTT-006 Micro Wireless PTT No Remote Interfacefrom Silynx MWPTT-006 Micro Wireless PTT No Remote Interfaceenables users to remotely and wirelessly PTT (Push-To-Talk) their communication devices. It can be used when paired with a Silynx control box and will PTT up to two devices including radios, smartphones, and various ICS platforms. A: The best way to do that would be to connect (2) Rode Go II receivers, directly to each of the USB-C ports on your laptop and the Rode Connect App will allow you to control all 4 mic channels separately. You will also be able to provide compression as needed to each channel, as well as Rode's Aural Exciter and some other features. The best way to use (4) mics with the Rode AI-Micro, would be to use (2) AI-Micros connected to each of the USB-C inputs on your computer and you would have 1 mic connected to each of the 4 inputs. Rode Connect App will allow you to control those 4 mics separately.

Q: 2. Can this be used to trigger off camera flash with Nikon D850?

A: No, this is a shutter release only. It will only trigger a camera wirelessly.

Q: 3. Will input gains set in the Rode app be retained in FiLMiC Pro or other video apps?

A: Rode Central/Rode Connect settings for the RODE AI-Micro USB-C Audio Interface do not sync with your settings for other apps.

A: This unit works fine when bracketing but it also depends on the camera, some cameras and remotes don't always play well together.

A: Yes, it works great on Nikon D850 and D500 with SB 700.

Q: 7. Hi, can this device wok for time lapses and videos?

A: This is a basic shutter release. It cannot do timelapse or video.

A: Yes, the RODE AI-Micro USB-C Audio Interface is compatible for use with the iPhone 15 Pro Max.

Q: 9. I use this trigger on my D850 and it often stops the photo preview. I have to turn it off to get preview. Anyone had this problem?

A: I tried it and did not give me any issue

Bought these for ski patrol duties in the winter and boating in the summer with the waterproof talkabout radios. Have not tested them in the summer yet but so far I like them. Not sure how waterproof they are, but they have been covered by snow and work well. Very rugged and useful - other patrollers have the cheap knock-offs and there is no comparison (those don't last very long and have poor quality). Only drawback is that the clip on the back does not swivel. 5

The Remote Speaker Microphone is great during events where you are moving stuff and need to constantly be paying attention to your Walkie Talkie. We had a gig the day after receiving it and was very satisfied with the equipment. 5

I use Motorola radios for communication between crewmembers when on video shoots. When our hands are otherwise occupied with cameras, lighting, and audio, this remote speaker/mic makes portable radios more efficient and useful. This product works perfectly, with good transmission and reception. 5
