Q: 1. Will this scan hard id cards such as a drivers license?

A: Yes, as long as they are not embossed, and you do not flip up the rear paper guide so the paper path is flat.

Q: 2. How is the scan quality for documents, when compared to a flat bed scanner? I ask since I mainly need to scan documents and print them, and the scanned print must be very good. how do the other brands compare? (brother, epson)

A: ScanSnap hardware and software are by far the best! Scan quality can be adjusted with the software. Software is loaded with scanning, saving and editing options. Don't bother spending $ on the other scanners.

A: As of the date/time of this reply, we only carry the Fujitsu ScanSnap iX1600 Document Scanner on our website. We do not carry the deluxe model of this document scanner, and we do not have foreknowledge of items to be added in the future until they are added on our website.

Q: 4. Does it work on 110 and 220 electricity

A: The Fujitsu ScanSnap iX1600 Document Scanner (Black) is dual voltage. The power requirements are AC 100 to 240 V, 50/60 Hz.

Q: 5. silly question...what batteries?

A: Integrated li-ion, not sure if it will be possible to change it after it is dead

Q: 6. Can you put a UV filter on this GW-4 thingy? Thanks.

A: Unfortunately, the Ricoh GW-4 Wide Conversion Lens does not have front filter threads to accept a UV filter.

Q: 7. Does this Hood+Adapter fit on the camera without any other accessories needed?

A: The Ricoh GH-3 Lens Hood and Adapter will fit the Ricoh GR and GR II cameras. No other accessories are needed.

Q: 8. Does this scanner run with a Twain Driver? I need to use it with a program like Kurzweil 1000, and they say I need to have any scanner with a Twain Driver in order for it to work.

A: Sorry, but I purchased as a gift.

A: Definiely NOT

[1 year] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a HP Color LaserJet M377/477 Multi Function Printer in March 2019, for home use. I hesitated for some time before buying such an expensive printer for home use, but it was a wise decision. I had gone through 2 HP laser jet printers in the last 5 years. The worn drums were producing poor quality copies. I am now thoroughly enjoying this upgraded printer. The printed pages are clean and crisp, and the color is beautiful. Every printed copy has a professional look. I am still learning how to use this printer, but within the next 6-10 months I hope to have mastered using most of its features. While I enjoy using my HP Color LaserJet M377/477, I do have three concerns: (1) I am not able to fax documents with ease as I could with my other 2 HP printers. In fact, the same phone line used with the other printers and house phones does not work with this printer. (2) Scanning pages to my designated e-mails is still confusing and not with ease. (3) Removal of printed copies from the printer is a bit of a challenge. The printed pages do not push out far enough, so retrieving them is not as easy as compared to other printers. (4) HP toner cartridges (410A) are extremely expensive, more than I really want to pay. 5

[1 year] Too new to use yet. I have purchased this warranty with all my HP workstations and only used it for advice once. The workstations have been the most relaible and stable machines of all the computers I have owned for the last 25 years. It is peace of mind to have the warranty in case of a future issue. 5
