[0.82 lb] I've purchased a few times in the past from B&H and always satisfied. The DVD drive was needed for a micro-tower that had no DVD. It worked perfectly the first time out of the box. Great price, good form factor, good value. 5

[USB-A 2.0] Easy to use and light very similar to other models by other manufacturers. However and very importantly, from visual inspection the disc carriage latch pin seems to be metal vs the cheap plastic found in the LG models. I am hopeful this product will function mechanically as long as the electronics should last. 5

[Windows ] The Transcend device was purchased to replace the drive in my Dell beastie that suddenly died. Thus far, it's works likes a charm and installation is as simple as plugging it into two USB ports. I'm very pleased with this device. 5
