Q: 4. Hello! I just bought one of these. I can't seem to figure out how to get the ball head to stand still, its always loose. Is there a way to tighten it up?

A: you should be able to make it stay still by tightening BOTH red pieces

A: It works, but the screws are just a little too short(could only get 2 screws in). I had to file off some of the plastic to get all 4 screws to go in far enough to thread in. I use it on the Ronin-M with a 7inch monitor and have no issues.

A: Yes it can however it may not be as secure on a cage depending on where you mount it. i recommend considering this instead SmallRig EVF Mount with NATO Rail (B&H # SM1903B MFR # 1903B) This will provide a more secure connection to the cage as it uses multiple mounting points and will have more flexibility in regards to placement. (up/down + left/right + back/forward)
