The white/silver Photek Brella Box Octagon Kit with Standfrom Photek Brella Box Octagon Kit with Standis a standalone fluorescent light source that sets up and breaks down easily. The 28.5" diameter softbox is supported by the included front face diffuser and 4-lamp fixture. The included U-shaped, Edison base lamps are rated 25W for a total of 100W and have an ideal color temperature of 5600K. This model offers a black cover with an inside silver lining and includes a 4-section stand and carry bag.

A: This umbrella is 7 feet across or 84”. While this model only comes in a 7 ft size, the Photoflex 72" Shoot Through Umbrella B&H # PHU72ST would be closest to 6 ft.

Q: 7. Will this work with the Nissin Di700a flash, and does Quantum offer a beauty dish attachment or grid attachment?

A: yes to both. The flash sits on a bracket and bulb is angled into the box so no weight is on swivel which is the smart way. Using speed rings with boxes, keeps weight on the swivel and i've rebuilt my swivels on both my quantums 4-6 times each. I have a beautiful metal beauty dish with a detachable metal honey comb grid for my Quantum also. That fits into the bulb socket as any reflector would. I don't remember where I bought it. This Box though that is listed, is really nice light and I questioned the price but I have two now. I've bought the $50 pop out type and they don't hold up, nor is the light near as nice. This travel with me.

Q: 8. Will this arm be suitable for a canon 5d mark iii?

A: I should work just fine as it will accept anything with a standard tripod connector. The only question is how much does your camera weigh. You may need to do a counter balance. I use a Nikon D800 with grip attachment and it works just fine.

[Not applicable] I thought this product was a bit expensive, but I purchased two of them anyway and I'm delighted by the quality and construction of these. If you use Quantum flashes these are must for your collection. Highly portable and super solid. 5

[Yes] Great for creating shade on a model during a shoot, or using it to shed rain water in a pinch. I have used these often on shoots on location. but only to create and open shade look. The option of adding a bracket and using it as a flash modifier is interesting. my only criticism is longevity of the bracket as it seems made with basic materials, I wonder how it will stand up if exposed to ocean water... after use before storing make sure to dry it off. 5

[Yes] It's a must/have tool if you shoot daylight portraits and fashion/lifestyle . I use it a couple ways: Overhead to create a soft light, on its side to create fill. You need an assistant to Hollywood it or a stand and sandbag to fly this thing, but it's fast and easy to manage. The included adapter is sturdy and will hold it on any baby stand. It's well made but in the prosumer sense. My last one lasted a few years, which is pretty good for "cheap" production gear. Here's the caveat: It barely shades a whole person standing. Despite being big it's best suited to 3/4 shots, depending of course on light and pose. If you do beach work like me it's a no brainer. 5

[5600K] I have two of these boxes for the past 4 years. Still using them, not in mint condition, but still going strong! Working with smaller lights like Quantum or speed lights, it's important to be efficient with the output. Using an umbrella, a large part of the light does not make it on the subject. This box uses all the light you put into it and spreads it out evenly. It folds well, but the kit contain heavy metal parts that make it less portable than umbrellas. 5

[Octagon] The Sunbuster is lighter than it's Westcott counterpart and the tilt feature is it great! It also comes with it's own carrying bag. A well thought out product. Expertise: Professional photographer Problems Encountered: The first one I received was defective, the material stitching at the top was undone. The replacement seems fine and it has been nice to work with. 5

[120 VAC] I primarily use the sunbuster as a large, portable diffuser for location shoots. It can be setup in less than a minute and is very easy to handle. 5
