This 2-fiber, single-mode Tactical Fiber Systems Cable & Reel, 250 ft in length, features TFS's DuraTAC stainless steel armored inner core and TFS BullsEye anodized aluminum connectors.

DuraTAC is TFS's solution to wear and tear that ultimately cuts through the Kevlar that surrounds the fiber cores in tactical cables. DuraTAC comprises a stainless steel armored inner core underneath the Kevlar, providing protection against stepping, cutting, and rodents. Other than being stronger, DuraTAC cables are also about half as thin and half as light, so you get more cable on your reel.

TFS BullsEye connectors are equipped with waterproof dust covers and together with the DuraTAC cable offer good protection against contamination and damage.

[41 lb] Yeah, I was as skeptical as you are, but having tried plenty of different level solutions for use on top of a cage or camera body including several DIY levels, I thought why not. I'm pleased to say that this level has exceeded my expectations. It's pricey, but well made, accurate (especially for a tiny bullseye level) and even pretty attractive too. I'm buying more of them. 5

[25 x 21 x 15"] I bought this reel to wrangle 300+ feet of Cat6. It handles that much cord and more. I like the outer spool that holds a small amount so I don't have to undo the whole thing every time; I pull out as much as I need based on the run I need. The side clips are clever to hold the cord in check, but they fall off easily. So, they could be a bit better. That's the only complaint. Otherwise, it's serving my needs exactly as expected. 5

[41 lb] i purchased this to run in a drop ceiling in a large building. i didn't want anything to hurt the fibre, so i wanted it armored. (I EVEN ACCIDENTALLY RAN THIS CABLE OVER WITH A SCISSOR LIFT!!) this armored cable is a beast! THIS CABLE DID NOT WORK FOR ME AT FIRST! i was sweating bullets trying to figure out what was wrong! i called their customer service and figured out quickly that they are manufactured as CROSSOVER cables. i had to pop the plastic duplex connector off one end and swap the two fiber cables. then all worked beautifully! LOVE THE PRODUCT! 5

[25 x 21 x 15"] We have been using four TFS DuraTAC fiber reels for outdoor events over the past three years without any issues. Cable diameter is slightly less than competitive cables but they are more durable because they are reinforced with stainless steel armored tubing. Highly recommended! 5

[41 lb] As another reviewer mentioned, this is certainly over-priced. However, I've had many level indicators for camera gear through the years, this one is built like a tank, it's got a tiny footprint, and is highly accurate. A bit too expensive to buy for every set of sticks. I think even at a mere reduction to a 19.99 price they might sell much faster?�Top quality, but pricey! 5
