[3 oz (85 g)] I use this dolly on about every video project that I do now. It is simple to carry and use on the go, great for location shots! My tripod isn't very heavy so I added a small weight to the dolly to help smooth out the shots, but this isn't the manufacturer's issue.

[0.15 lb] This is one of the best spies I've ever made. I've been looking for something that I can use on level ground and this thing performs awesome. The wheels and the locking mechanism are of very high quality and work flawlessly. I've been using this for my 35mm and 120 film cameras on Gitzo 3 section carbon fiber tripod. You definitely might want to add some weight on the center column but I have yet to find the need to do that. My next application will be to use my heavyweight Manfrtto tripod with my sign our view camera. Packs up very nice in a small easy to carry bag.

[0.15 lb] This ProAm dolly is a great value. One of the best I have used in this price range. The quick release pins make unfolding and folding the unit a breeze, and the leg clamps securely hold the legs of all three different tripods I have, a Davis&Sanford, Manfrotto, and a Benro. All have different style and diameter legs, but securely hold. The rubber coated casters glide over carpet, tile and stone floor with ease, and lock firmly in place.


The only issues I have with the unit it the bag needs to be about 1/2 longer as it is a little tight to get the wheel end in. And I would have liked a unit that the leg clamps were non-movable. While I am sure the adjustment is helpful for some, I have no need to ever have the tripod base smaller than the dolly, if the clamps were just mounted to the end it would be less parts, and less weight. Other than that a great product.

[3 oz (85 g)] I am extremely satisfied with this purchase. I work for a hospital system and we have mostly hard surface smooth floors. This dolly rolls perfectly on them and has allowed me to get some great footage. It folds and packs nicely into the carrying case and can easily fit in cases with other gear. I recommend it 100%.

[4 x 2.9 x 0.9"] This dolly is really versatile. It accepts a variety of tripods into the brackets on the base. The brackets slide along each bar so the tripod can be made taller by bringing the legs closer together without sacrificing the tripos stability since the feet of the tripod are securely fastened. The wheels lock securely and roll freely. I love the portability and sturdiness while still being portable and fairly lightweight.
