A: The mixer does not have built-in wi-fi. There is a Network port on the rear panel to connect a router for remote/wi-fi control. Use any quality router. A: The Allen & Heath Qu-16C is a 16-channel digital mixer and USB audio interface designed for live and installed sound, as well as studio use. The built-in USB audio interface is compatible with Apple and Windows computers, and will allow you to record individual tracks in a multi-track DAW. The QU-16C does not ship with software, but can be used with most popular DAW software in the market. Currently, DAW templates are available on the Allen & Heath website for users of Cubase, Logic X, and Pro Tools. Digital mixers in general do not provide power for speakers. Therefore, the QU-16C needs to be integrated with a passive or active speaker solution for sound reinforcement.

A: This mixer does not come with a DAW. However with the newest firmware update, there are now templates to use this mixer with Cubase, Logic X, and Pro Tools. This is Windows compatible and you can also control it from an app from other devices. It does record individual tracks when using a DAW. As for speakers, this is just a mixer. Not a mixer/amplifier. The analog xlr outputs can either send signal to an amplifier or active speakers.

[0.5 lb] It fits absolutely perfectly. If you have flash drives in the ports it will not interfere with coverage. However if you have a cord with a cable, it may have a hard time. 5

[0.5 lb] Good quality, very thin and lightweight like parachute fabric or nylon. Inside of cover is silver seems like it would be good to prevent a liquid spill but not dropping an object on it. $80.00 seems a little strong however you have to have it to protect your investment! Plus it has the Logo on it..... Just wish it was little thicker material...... Tj Picozzi 5
