[Tripod] At first I gave it 4, but upgraded to 5. Closing the portion of the bag that holds the bottom of the stand is a little tight, so you need a little patience and time. Yesterday after the concert it seemed like it just wouldnt zip shut. But was just able to do it now. Also, I just noticed a velcro pouch on one side of the bag which is gr8 if you want to put pencils for marking up music or whatever!!! B & H expedited shipping so quickly it was amazing. Free and I think it was here in a day! Thank you. 5

[Black] I love this mic stand; It was very hard to find one tall enough that didn't have a HUGE foot print. I have a tiny space where I needed this kind of legs, but most mic stand w/tripod legs are not tall enough. So I love this! Also, it came with a bag that is perfect....it's going to be my new 'carona-purse' since I can throw it in the washing machine when I get home from outings! Thank you so much, very pleased. 5
