A: Yes, it will work without vignetting but it may block some of your view through the viewfinder. It blocks about 30% of the view on my Canon 7s mounted to a canon 50 mm 1.4 LTM. For this reason, and the fact that it looks cheap, I went with smaller metal hood I purchased elsewhere.

A: No. You can't mount filters onto this hood.

A: sorry; wish I could answer it, but the cap fell off into the ocean...which tells you what I think about that cap. The rest of the kit works fine.

Q: 4. I have a Minolta x700 and wikipedia says that it has a SR Mount. Is it possible to use this reverse ring on my camera? Because I can't find one that's made especially for an SR mount.

A: The Minolta X700 uses MD lenses, so this adapter is compatible.

Q: 5. Hi, does this work on M.Zuiko 28mm f3.5 lens for the olympus OM1 SLR camera?

A: It works with OM mount lenses, but they are not M.Zuiko, they are called just Zuiko.

Q: 6. Will this fit a Contax G2?

A: No this won't fit Contax G cameras. It is designed for their SLR C/Y mount cameras

A: This body cap will not fit a Contax 645.

[Sony A] I purchased two of these as body caps for my Pentax Spotmatic and Spotmatic II. They fit nicely and are easy to remove. I believe there's a little bit of threading left when I screw the caps in but I don't screw them in all the way, just enough to firmly attach to the camera but not too much so that it's hard to remove or gets lodged in. If you bought a Spotmatic and need a body cap, this is an inexpensive option for you. 5

[Sony A] I bought a used Pentax K-50 that came with what looked like an off-brand cap, which fit very poorly. I bought this to replace it, and it fit perfectly, so no complaints here. 5
