A: The Bluestar Oval Large Viewfinder Eyecushion (Ultrasuede, Black) would work with the Sony FX9. Bluestar says to use the Oval Large; or Oval Small. Both will work; but some operators say the Oval Small is a bit tight.

Q: 4. I just bought this, and noticed the foamy side has no adhesive. How does this attach to the Zacuto Pro Rubber Eyecup?

A: Correct no adhesive needed. You fit it over the rubber eye cup. It's a little tricky the first few times.Soon you will be able to do it instantly even when the director, the DP and the OP are all having conniptions because the sun is going down.

Q: 5. Does anybody know if this would work with the Blackmagic 6K Pro EVF? Thanks

A: This is designed to work on the Zacuto Z-Finder, Gratical Eye, Gratical HD, and Gratical X. We have not tested it with the BMPCC 6K Pro EVF, but it should work, based on the measurements.

Q: 6. Does this fit on Alexa Mini?

A: Yes the Bluestar Round Large Microfiber Eyecushion (Orange) will fit the Arri Alexa Mini Viewfinder.

Q: 7. What is the difference between the fleece and ultrasuede materials?

A: The ultrasuede is a synthetic ultra-microfiber fabric and the fleece is a soft, insulating fabric.

Q: 8. Does it work on Alexa Mini LF?

A: Yes, the MVF-2 has the same aperture as the MVF-1.

A: It should work. Maybe not a perfect fit but useable.

A: The Bluestar Zacuto Oval Large Eyecushion (Fleece, Red) (B&H# BL4010F1) would not allow a Zacuto EVF cover to seal completely.

[Orange] Large oval is the right size for FX9 and FS7, not sure why small oval is listed as the right one for those models, but it's too tight. Large oval is just right! 5

[Orange] Great for reducing light leak and adding comfort to a view finder. I use it with the Hoodloupe on a Canon 5D2. Stays clean better than the chamois version. 5

[Microfiber] I purchased a few of these to use on my TV camera viewfinder and the Arri Alexa viewfinder. I wear glasses and need something to keep the rubber eye cups from smearing the lenses. These eye cushions work very well. They take a little finessing to get on the rubber eye cup. The will fall off with some heavy movement such as that while using the camera for a football game or basketball game. I have bumped it off while walking and carrying the camera beside my leg during a football game. But they do help keep my glasses from getting too smudged. The price is also good. 5
