A: Yes it is brand new in the box EOTech EXPS3 Holographic Weapon Sight. The issue you are referring to has not been a issue for over 2 years. This is as per my conversation with EOTech. The older versions were pulled from the market some 2 years ago. And everything currently available is free from any issues.

A: The battery switch housing is set on top of the eyebell in alignment with the elevation turret. It uses a lithium CR2032 3V. battery. Q: 8. I have the Tavor IDF that came with the M21 Meprolight mounted to the weapon, I would like to purchase the meprolight MOR from you, but I'm not sure if the MOR can be installed so that the MOR looks as well as the M21.

A: If you have the IDF model you cannot mount the MOR. It does not have a top rail. I had the same question, called IWI and was told that the M21 is on a special mount that is clamped to the barrel.
