A: As it is designed it is not compatible. Some people have had varying amounts of luck with DIY adapters to raise the AD200 to the right level.

A: It's certainly adjustable, with a pair of rails that the octobox slides on. I don't know how much wiggle room you'd need for your setup, but I use the Nikon SB800 flash, mounted on a phottix trigger, and I still have several inches I could move the octobox higher, if needed.
