[56 to 75 kHz] Had to fit a monitor in a small space. HDMI was a plus.

[3x BNC ] I’ve read seemingly-endless bad reviews on the Internet about this product. I chose to ignore all of those and give it a try. We got this to replace an aging Nest Hello and also going all-in on HomeKit. It’s been rock-solid for two years. Maybe it’s an update, but I don’t think I’ve ever had an issue with the camera (or doorbell).

Well, this new LG monitor is a huge improvement. I didn't realize how inferior the old one was until I started using this one. The screen on this monitor is so much bigger, brighter and clearer - things that I didn't appreciate until now. I'm so glad she did this upgrade!

[1x RJ45 ] I bought 6 of these because they came highly reviewed and didn't need their own independent app to use with Apple Secure Video. They totally live up to the hype.

Setting them up is as simple as using the included hardware to mount them, and plugging them in. Then you scan the QR code and they integrate straight into your Apple home.

On top of that, the picture has been fantastic. We live in a very rainy area, and the images have been good all hours of the day.

The mic is okay quality, but the 1080p video is great, and the wide field of view means we only needed 6 cameras to cover our (quite large and oddly shaped) property.

[< 8 ms] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is not only my first LG monitor but also the largest monitor I have owned as well as my first, widescreen. I absolutely cannot believe that I can do what was taking me two separate monitors on just this one monitor. This was the main point, or desire, in my wanting to own a widescreen monitor was to be able to condense and not have to use multiple monitors. So this also means using less electricity as well. I did not know until after the fact that it has built-in speakers. The sound quality is excellent and does not distort at higher volumes. I was using a wireless Bluetooth speaker but I have switched over to using LG's internal speaker on this monitor which also uses this technology called Waves MaxxAudio. The clarity for someone with less than 20/20 vision is impeccable. There are many settings options such as Custom, Cinema, Vivid, HDR Effect, FPS, RTS, and a reader mode (that has that sort of tablet sepia color to it). I will generally use the Custom feature. I like the Super Resolution+ and Black Level settings as it makes the text stand out better. Under Settings, Picture, Color Adjust, there is a Gamma feature with four separate modes. Choosing Mode 3 enhances text clarity even further and is what I am currently using. Other features include the ability to tilt the monitor forward and back. It does not have an option to raise the height of the monitor and if I had to list any cons that are literally the only one I can think of. On the rear of the monitor where the ports are there is a USB-C port which could be used to charge any devices that use a USB-C charge cable. This is definitely a monitor I would recommend for anyone to use and I mean that especially if you are working from home or for any businesses seeking to upgrade their current monitors for their employees. This is such a major space saver being able to use this one monitor and it looks so much cleaner as well.

[LCD] I have had this monitor for over a year and it really is a great monitor. It replaced a Sony 20 inch LCD broadcast monitor I was using. This might not be right for serious color finishing, but that being said the picture is really nice and you can calibrate the monitor to get the best picture possible. The monitor supports 709, and I initially used that setting with my old deckling card. I have since upgraded to but depending on your output card, I had better luck using the Ultra Studio 4k and found the 709 setting didn't work as well. I switched the color space off and dialed it in manually using color bars and was really happy with the results. The monitor has a blue only setting, and the split screen function is nice even though I haven't used it.

The hard case is really nice, and includes a sunshade and screen protector. You can remove the monitor from the case, but the monitor feet are not included and must be purchased separately. I purchased a versa mount and it works great. My only gripe is that there is no loop through on the HDMI ports, but they are included on the SDI ones. Overall a great purchase.

[31 to 48 kHz] Got this for my wife who is working from home. She loves it and asked me why it took so long to get one! Haha! She would buy again - but we don't have room on the desk.

[32"] We purchased this device to use in our pet's room to allow for checking in on them while the door is kept closed during heat waves to keep the air conditioning contained.


This camera was purchased along with an Eve Weather Station, and both were our first Apple HomeKit devices we have ever had or used. The setup was very simple and straight-forward and "just worked."


It has been in place for approximately a week now and has been working perfectly fine.

[60 Hz] I bought two of these for a customer's CCTV console use. The monitors appear to be well built. They arrived well packed. Nice crisp image quality. I am using these with Speco quad video processors to present a 4 camera view on each monitor without operator intervention. Inasmuch as I have only had these in service for a couple weeks I can't yet speak to how well they will stand up to long term usage. I am using them on a 24/7 365 day basis.

[1920 x 1080] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was out of town when my monitor was delivered and was so very anxious to get home to set it up and start using it. I didn't care for the look of the stand that cam with it, so I changed it out for something more me.
I have a home business and spend a lot of time staring at my monitor. I always have several windows open to do comparisons and wasn't happy with the limited screen space on my monitor. I am by no means a "techie", and I am loving this huge, clear, colorful monitor. Yes, for me 29" is huge!
I'm looking forward to learning all of the features and options available on this monitor. There is so much screen to work with. I have big plans for this and I'm confident that it won't disappoint. Am I pleased? Why yes... yes I am!
