[2/3"] Whether wide open at 1.4, or stomped down, this lens is incredibly sharp. I mainly shoot landscape and this is really the only lens I pack. Bokeh is beautiful, too. And macro! All around a great lens. Could be a tad bit cheaper considering the 50 1.4 is a fraction of the price. Overall though, build quality is top notch. It pairs really well with the GH5.

[Autofocus] Moved on from a Rokinon 12mm F2 MF to this lens. Had business trip to Tokyo and picked this up locally.

Pros: F1.4, super sharp in the center, absolutely great color rendition, nice bokeh (IMHO), silent and rapid AF, solid construction. Works well on Oly bodies.

Cons: The price, of course, but you decide if it is worth it. As a hiker and an avid wide angle fan, this is my goto lens BUT the weight is HUGE compared with other MFT primes. I did not subtract any stars because it is lots of glass (low F) and metal construction. Just be aware that as you get older you WILL think about how much you want to lug that extra weight if you are doing mileage.

[Yes] This lens delivers beautiful deep colors. I am amazed that for such a wide lens it has very little distortion. Build quality is excellent and focus is quick. Highly recommended for the Panasonic G9.

[P-Iris] This lens is a pleasure to use, incredibly sharp, great contrast, no distortion that I can perceive. It feels solidly built, operates smoothly and quietly and is beautifully finished as one would expect from a Leica labeled lens. I am addicted to the Lumix/Leica line and this is one of the best in that line, along with the 42.5mm.
