Use this Ikelite 1" Double-Ball Arm Extension 7.0"with 7.0" length to extend your strobe or video light arm for underwater imaging. A longer arm enables different lighting angles and positions and allows you to reduce backscatter, glare, and hard shadows. An optional clamp will allow you to attach the extension to any standard 1" ball arm, including those from Ikelite, TLC, Ultralight, and Nauticam.

Additionally, the slotted design of the extension enables the connection of an optional lightweight accessory in the middle. When used with Ikelite's Sliding Ball Mount, this accessory can move up and down the length of the arm. The ball mounts/joints measure 1" in diameter, and have a groove and o-ring to prevent slipping for a better hold with less force. The extension and balls are made from aluminum that has been treated with a hard type III anodized finish for resistance to corrosion.

[9.59 x 8 x 1"] This A-MBH-04 Mini Double Ball Joint Articulating Arm is a very high quality product that is very strong for its function, size and weight. The very robust aluminum red handle is very easy to add tension to both sides of the arm. The range of what both ends have into ¼-20 mounts is very flexible and can achieve any angle I want. I especially like the quickness in making fine tune adjustments and also that it takes very little space. I use this with smaller and larger clamps and they are very efficient for all my accessories. 5

[9.59 x 8 x 1"] Got this to mount my follow focus off of my 1303 at a comfortable distance and it works great for it. The arms hold tighter than most other brands so it supports the weight of it very well. Combined with the 3/16 with locator pins on one side and the cinelock on the other and two of the clamps with cutouts makes it very adjustable, versatile, and stabile. Would recommend to any camera assistant. 5

[0.25 lb] is larger than would think but well made. Locks solid and the increased adjustability of the ball heads (3 axis) vs. normal articulating joints, make them very useful. 5
