A: The camera comes with a USB cable and a wall adapter. I bought an after market battery set that included two batteries and a wall battery charger. I tend to leave the camera on most of the time in sleep mode, so it is ready at any moment to take a picture. You will definitely need at least two to three batteries, and it is a nice option to charge both the battery in the camera and a second one plugged into the wall at the same time. Your NEX-5 battery and charger will work with this camera. I had the same camera before the a6000, but sold the whole set for the upgrade. The 18-200 lens will work as well, same as any other emount lens.On a side note. I absolutely love this camera. Since you are also upgrading from the NEX-5, i'm certain you will too.

If you are looking for a ring flash that uses Sony's TTL automatic flash exposure system, the only option we carry that would work would be the Metz Mecablitz 15 MS-1 Macro Ringlight Digital Flash Kit, B&H # ME15MS1, as long as your lens has a filter thread size of either 52mm, 55mm, 58mm, 62mm, 67mm, or 72mm. However, as the Sony a6000's built-in flash cannot be used as a wireless commander, you would need another flash on the hot shoe of the camera to wirelessly trigger the Metz Mecablitz 15 MS-1 Macro Ringlight, such as the Sony HVL-F20M External Flash, B&H # SOHVLF20M.
