Q: 1. 98 feet doesn't sound right. The box says 400". When divided by 12"/foot that's 33ft, right?

A: 98 feet is correct, the image is just for representative purposes and does not accurately depict the length.

Q: 2. How are these mounted to the wall? By tape, I'm assuming? If so, how strong is the tape? I wouldn't want what I'm hanging too fall off the wall. Thx.

A: The Lineco Polypropylene Mounting/Framing Corners use a pressure-sensitive adhesive which is very strong.

Q: 3. Does the mentioned plastic strip go under or over the photo print? I have used positionable mounting adhesive in the past, are ?

A: When using the Lineco "See Thru" Mounting Strips, the plastic strips will go above, below, and on the sides of the photo print in order to cradle it so it is ready to be framed.

Q: 4. Are these strong enough to hold an 8.5 x 11 sheet on a wall?

A: Sorry, I can't answer that. I bought them as a gift to go along with a photo journal.

Q: 5. how deep does the border have to be to hide the corner?

A: Response 5524628 is correct. The plastic edge that holds the piece is 5/16th of an inch. As long as you leave more of a border than that you'll be fine.

Q: 6. Is this product clear or white?

A: The Archival Methods Standard Full Mounting Corners (1.26", Box of 250) are clear.

Q: 7. can the dividers be removed without damage to the box itself?

A: Unfortunately, the dividers cannot be removed without damaging the box.

Q: 8. What do you mean by acid-free? Rgrds!

A: It means that the corners will not damage in any way (unless the adhesive get suck to the item) the item(s). Something not acid free will eventually harm the item(s).

Q: 9. the Product says For Prints up to 11 x 14 . does it take larger prints?

A: I have used these mounting corners on my 13 X 19 prints and have had no problems with them.

Q: 10. Is the adhesive side larger than the top side?

A: No, they are the same size.

[0.15 lb] These corners are great for mounting large format pictures. I use them for mounting pictures up to 13 x 19 in. One can also put these corners on a backing for show in photo clubs (with or without a mat). The same backing can be used later on for a different picture. I would recommend to leave a 1 inch border around the picture to avoid having the edge of the picture covered by the mounting corners. (Print a 11 x 17 inch or a 11 x 14 inch picture on a 13 x 19 inch printing paper. These might be a little small for pictures of a larger format then 13 x 19 in unless one put a mat over. 5

[0.15 lb] I've been using these 3 mounting corners for anchoring archival pigment prints under my mat board windows, and they hold the print firmly in place. I also find them handy when shipping prints between sheets of corrugated cardboard; they keep the print from moving. 5

[0.15 lb] I used these to mount 36 prints ranging from 11x14 to 20x24. I'd never tried ready-made corners before (I usually fold up strips of paper) so I can't really compare these to anything, but I think they worked quite well. They are very sticky, so it is a bit difficult to reposition them once they touch down, but as long as you position them carefully the first time, there should be no problem. 5

[0.15 lb] I change my prints and fit them to mats n frames after each travel till the next trip on my travel wall. Having these corners on the backing board makes changes clean n easy. No taping on prints needed. This works best on bordered prints .... my prints usually have an inch border. 5
