The black powder coated Iluminar WLC99-PoE Short-Range White Light Illuminatorfrom Iluminar WLC99-PoE Short-Range White Light Illuminatoris designed to provide visible lighting for color network cameras via PoE (Power over Ethernet)-enabled network infrastructure. It employs 6 SMT (Surface Mount Technology) white LEDs that provide illumination up to 66' (20m). This IP66-rated illuminator is vandal-resistant and can be installed both indoors and outdoors. Its die-cast aluminum housing and tempered glass panel provide protection from harsh weather conditions and rapid temperature variations ranging from -40 to 122°F (-40 to 50°C). The illuminator features dual power input (12 VDC or 24 VAC) and automatic light on/off via built-in photocell.

A: Hello Bo. The Low voltage IR919-2 series unit has 6 wires. The black and red wire are for power. A: Yes. We also have a LONGSPAN Duo if you are only needing 2 cameras off the one long ethernet run. If you use the base unit on the switch end, VLS-1P-B, with the 57V DC power supply, VPSU-57V-800, you will receive 25 Watts total across the two ports. A: We use our 57V DC power supply, but you do not require power on the camera side of this point to point setup. You can place the 57V DC power supply, VPSU-57V-800, on the base end and POE will be sent over the coax, power the camera side and supply you with up to 25Watts to your end device. A: The Westcott Illuminator Collapsible 2-in-1 Silver/White Bounce Reflector (32") is a total 32 inches across. But it has a board so the actual reflective area is 30 inches.

Q: 5. HOW DO YOU CONNECT POWER to IRC 99 -A80-024?

A: You run a 12 volt connection through the water resistant connector and connect it to the terminals inside.

A: The Sonnet Solo10G SFP+ Thunderbolt 3 is currently compatible with MacOS Sonoma. However, there is currently no information on compatibility with the next gen Mac OS.

A: The ATN IR850 Pro Long-Range Infrared Illuminator takes an 18650 Rechargeable Lithium-Ion Battery (3.6V, 3500mAh).

A: Unfortunately the manufacturer doesn't have a specification for it

A: It is designed for Input Voltage 12 to 32 VDC or 24 VAC. Non PoE.

Q: 10. This will supply POE power to cameras located 800 feet away?

A: If you are speaking about the distance from the VHW-HWPS-C4 to the cameras, then we are looking at 100 meters which is the ethernet standard. However, the distance between the VHW-HWPS-B and the VHW-HWPS-C4 is 300 meters.

[6000 K] Added this for my License Plate Camera and it is better than expected with a focused high intensity IR light that reflects off of plates making all plates at night easily readable. See attached photos and note emitters are red and visible just hard to photograph. Also have 2 other Axton IR emitters for the front yard that replaced some cheap IR emitters. The difference in coverage, distance and even spread is night and day. 5

[720 lumens] I bought a similar version from another manufacture to increase the license plate reading capability of my Dahua 5442E-Z4E license plate camera. It was a nice step in the right direction. So, I decided to up the IR some more and see how that would work. While searching the internet I found this model with double the IR power. I bought one and it was an even bigger success. I can now read close to 100% of the plates. So, I have ordered two more to go in my other locations. By the way, this one draws 1 Amp @ 12vdc of power according to the spec sheet that came with the camera. For comparison the other one draw 4/10 of an amp at 12vdc. I am very impressed with this unit. 5

[720 lumens] After I bought the first one and seeing how good it was, I ordered 3 more. They are that good for license plate reading. I have to say that I am now in the 99 percentile in reading license plates. I am going to post a picture of a golf cart with a standard California plate. The measured distance is 187 feet. The camera I am using is a Dahua 5442E-Z4E at full extension. I do not recommend using this camera at over 75 feet for license plate gathering. 5
