The Kinesis E190 Tall Lens Pouch for Camerasfrom Kinesis E190 Tall Lens Pouch for Camerasprovides a secure transport and storage solution for a Canon 70-200mm f/4 with its tripod collar and an Arca-Swiss plate attached, plus the lens's hood in the reversed position. Similarly, a Nikon 80-400 VR lens wearing its tripod collar and with its hood attached and reversed can be placed inside this pouch which also fits most 70-300mm zoom lenses. Compatible lenses within this pouch are protected by 1/4" (6mm) of closed-cell foam in the sides, back, and top, as well as 3/8" (10mm) on the bottom.

This Kinesis pouch is compatible with the Kinesis TwinBuckle Attachment System, while built-in D-rings allow for attachment to a harness or shoulder strap. The weather-resistant lid features a touch-tab fastener for quickly removing and stowing a lens while shooting. In instances between shots where quickly withdrawing a lens is less of a priority than making sure that it sits securely within the pouch, the lid can also be zippered shut.

The exterior consists of 500 denier nylon for water-resistance and also includes a rear hand-grab loop that can be tucked away behind the pouch when used on a belt.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Will a Nikon Z 100-400mm lens with the hood attached and a 1.4 Teleconverter attached to it fit?

A: Yes, the Kinesis E976 XXX-Large Lens Pouch can acommodate a Nikon Z 100-400mm Lens equipped with its lens hood in the forward position and a Nikon Z 1.4X Teleconverter.

Q: 2. Is it easy to take the camera out when a small body attached? Or it's too tight? Looking for a bag for 500mm f5.6 PF lens attached to D500 and lens hood in shooting position. I know it has enough length. How about the width?

A: This case will only work for a lens, I would recommend a holster case. Click the link below to view your options; https://bhpho.to/2yTxRml or https://bhpho.to/33fTZVD

Q: 3. Will the Nikon 200-500mm (hood reversed) attached to D750 fit?

A: I have put my D810 with the 200-500 with the lense hood attached into the bag and everything fit. In fact, the bag is too big for this lens by itself as the internal width is made for a larger lens. I don't see this as a problem, it's just that the lense will move a bit in the bag (not a tight fit) but there is sufficient padding to protect it from any damage should you drop it.

Q: 4. Where is this product manufactured?

A: This item's country of origin is the U.S.

Q: 5. Will the Nikon 800 pf with foot attached fit?

A: Yes, a Nikon NIKKOR Z 800mm f/6.3 VR S Lens can fit in the Kinesis E976 XXX-Large Lens Pouch.

Q: 7. Does this have the new velcro attachment system?

A: Yes it uses the Kinesis Attachment Tab System (KATS) for attaching to a belt.

Q: 8. Will the new Nikkor 180-600 fit? And with 1.4 TC attached?

A: Yes, the Kinesis E976 XXX-Large Lens Pouch is large enough for the Nikon NIKKOR Z 180-600mm f/5.6-6.3 VR Lens (Nikon Z) with the Nikon Z Teleconverter TC-1.4x attached. And the hood in reverse.

Q: 9. I have a canon 300 2/8 11 IS USM L lens Will it fit with my canon 5D Mark 1V Body on it

A: While I do not recommend leaving the camera mounted to your lens, there should be enough clearance to leave the camera connected to the lens in the case. The case will still be taller than needed to hold your gear.

Q: 10. can this case hold a sigma 180mm macro f/2.8 with collar in place?

A: Yes, the Sigma APO Macro 180mm f/2.8 EX DG OS HSM Lens for Canon EF, including the tripod collar, can fit in the Kinesis E280 Large Lens Pouch (Black).

[Zipper] I bought this for my Sigma 100-400 L lens. It fits perfectly, the pouch is very well built and just what I needed. I also bought the lens strap that goes with the case and am very happy with it.

[Zipper] Used to carry a Canon RF 200-800mm zoom. It’s long enough to store and carry the lens with an attached teleconverter and R6 camera body. It’s nice to have everything assembled for wildlife photography before getting started and keeping dust out of lenses and bodies. Does not include a carry strap or small pouch for batteries or cleaning supplies, but does have myriad D-rings to attach such things.
Nice workmanship and seems quite durable.

[0.25 lb] The Kinesis E660 XX-Lg Lens Pouch II is just the right size for my Canon EF 400 IS II DO lens with the tripod foot and a Canon 1.4X III tele extender attached. I also have a shoulder strap attached to the tripod foot which folds over the lens once inserted into the pouch. Note that the lens hood needs to be reversed to fit. The lens pouch appears to be well made with sufficient padding. The pouch zippers closed but also has a velcro fastner. I should also note that I purchased an after-market lens hood, but w/o the thumbscrew, that appears to be the same/similar size to the original Canon lens hood which I have never used. While the Canon lens case that came with the EF400 IS II DO lens would offer even more protection for the lens, it is significantly larger than the Kinesis E660 lens pouch.

[Yes] This bag works well with Canon 600 mm II lens. It also allows bringing the 1.4x and 2x convertors along side of the neck of the lens at top of bag. The only compromise is that you need to use the Lens Coat travel hood instead of the canon rigid hood. As I never use the rigid hood with any of my Canon long telephoto lenses, this is not a problem for me but could be for others. I knew this would work with the Canon 600 II because The 500mm with a 1.4x attached also fits. I really appreciate the portability of this bag and prefer it to any devoted back pack or other very large bag for this lens.

[9.5 x 5.5 x 4"] I wanted as small a case that would hold and protect a Canon 100-400mm IS-2 zoom lense with the 1.4xIII extender attached and this case does the job perfectly. Though I own a large collection of lenses and equipment, I try to carry as little as possible as weight and complexity greatly inhibit utility. My go to system is simply a 7DMKII with a 15-85 IS lense and the above 100-400 lense with the 1.4 extender which gives excellent telephoto and very good macro results. Light, simple, and always ready. Add special lenses (ultrawide or long telephoto) only when needed.

[Yes] I'm familiar with Kinesis gear having other of their products protecting my 500mm f4 and my tripod as well as a couple other of their smaller pouches for storage and protection. When I acquired my 300mm f2.8, I knew I wanted a Kinesis pouch for it. I looked at others but either the fit was poor or the quality was not adequate. The Kinesis pouch fit perfectly and the quality was top notch. And, it's a product of the USA.

[Empty] I bought this for my new Canon 300mm f2.8II lens. I had both a Lens Coat and a neoprene snoot boot on the lens but it still slides in nicely. Typical Kinesis top notch quality.

[9.5 x 5.5 x 4"] I bought this pouch to carry a Nikon Z 70-200mm / 2.8S zoom lens with a tripod ring and lens hood attached. It also fits a Nikon Z 100-400mm / 4.5 - 5.6S zoom lens with a tripod ring and lens hood. I don't believe you can fit a larger lens inside. It has plenty of padding, and the lens just fits (both width and length) . It's tight, there is no movement of the lens. It takes a little effort to remove the lens. I would prefer a zipper down the side, but that's just me. It appears to be well built.

[9.5 x 5.5 x 4"] Took a look at this and the Think Tank Duo 40 cases for this lens. Pictures of both provided below. The foam on the Kinesis case is thicker, but it doesn't come with a shoulder strap that Think Tank provides. I prefer the thicker foam, since I have to carry this lens in the top portion of a Wandrd Prvke 31L pack, and the little bit of added protection was the turning point. The Think Tank has side pockets for a lens cloth or maybe a lens pen, but you can see it's not as thick. Both good fits.

[Empty] I was looking for a soft-sided case to transport my Canon 500mm f4. With the hood reversed, this was the perfect fit. Snug and well protected. Very pleased with my purchase.
