The Kaiser 54mm Push-On Lens Cap - Camera Accessoryis designed to fit any camera, enlarger lens, binocular, tele-, micro-, or spotting scope lens. It is for lenses having a front or rear ring with an outside diameter of 54mm. The cap should fit snuggly but not so tight that it is hard to remove.

A: The Kaiser 45mm push-on lens cap is a rubber lens cap with an internal diameter of 45mm that works on a variety of lenses and devices with the same diameter. We recommend using a measuring device (measuring tape or vernier calipers) to measure the front diameter of your Pentax digital spotmeter to find the correct fit.

Q: 2. Will this work for a Canon G7X?

A: If the exterior diameter of the lens is 57mm, then my guess would be yes. If the exterior diameter is a tiny fraction larger, then it would be a tight fit, and I would prefer a tight fitting cap to a loose one.

A: No. the Canon G5x does not take lens caps.

A: Unfortunately the Kaiser push on cap will fall off the ZS100. When the camera is turned off, the lens is retracted. The ZS100 has a built in guillotine style lens cover that automatically covers the lens when powered down so an accessory lens cap is not needed.

A: Yes, this will fit a lens with a diameter of 67mm.

A: Yes. But we highly suggest the following for better protection.

A: This is a 65mm push on cap. It is designed to go on a lens with an outer diameter of 65mm, meaning the inner diameter of the cap will also be 65mm.

A: Hi--since this is designed for a lens with a 45mm diameter, the actual diameter of this is slightly more than 45mm, probably 47-50mm.

A: Unfortunately, we do not have a lens protector for the lens on that camera.

[54 mm] Perfect for the Canon G7xii. Aside from protecting the blades, it also doubles as a way to prevent the lens from having dust infiltrate into the lens barrel and the sensor. 5

[54 mm] I ordered this 54mm push-on lens cap in hopes that it would fit my Canon G9x, but it did not fit. I eventually found that the Kaiser 55mm push-on lens cap DOES fit the Canon G9x. Therefore this is a great product, once you find the right fit. I recommend ordering 2-3 sizes for your camera and return the ones that do not fit. FYI, if you have a Canon G7x, the 58mm is the right size. 5

[Slip-On] After dropping and losing several hard plastic lens caps with spring-loaded clips, I wanted a cap that wouldn't come off easily. This one is just right. It's a friction fit but the side lip is long enough to really seat well on the lens. And the material is softer plastic, so it's more resistant to damage when accidentally bumping the lens into something. It's important, however, to get exactly the right size for your lens. Kaiser makes them in many sizes that vary by 1mm. My lens takes a 52mm filter, but I got the 54mm size after carefully measuring the outside diameter of the lens with a digital caliper. The fit is perfect. I plan to order more for all my lenses. 5

[Front] Whenever I buy a new lens I replace the pinch cap with the slip on cap I like them much better. They do not break give better protection and old school which I like 5

[Slip-On] B+W make a great screw on lens hood for 49mm threads, but lacks threading on the front to accommodate pinch type covers. This perfectly fits the outside of the hood. 5
