A: Photographers' Formulary Glycerin (Glycerol) - 100ml can be used create droplets when photographing bottles or drinks.

Q: 8. How long can Glycin be stored without opening the package?

A: The shelf life of glycine powders and 10x stock solutions can exceed 1 year. However, as glycine ages, it becomes oxidized and may yield yellow-colored solutions. This may affect the pH of the solution. If yellowing occurs, it is recommended that you replace the product.

Q: 9. Can this Tannic Acid be use tone cyanotype prints? If so, what color does it turn the print?

A: Tannic Acid does in fact tone cyanotype prints. If toned straight in a bath of tannic acid it will darken the print give it more of a violet/purple tone. There are a variety of toning combinations that use this, and I recommend the Book of Alternative Processes by Christopher James if you're interesting in more.

A: Black. This product just comes in black, as listed in the description. Good for light sensitive chemistry.

[0.05 lb] The crystals are quite variable in size, but if you have a mortal and pestle you can grind them for more accurate weighing. I'm using KBr as a restrainer in caffenol (instant coffee, ascorbic acid, and washing soda) with excellent results. 5
