The rings are made of aluminum and clamp to Weaver style or Picatinny rails using the included thumb screws. The pair of rings fits 1" or 30mm main tubes by using the included shim rings of proper size. The thumbscrews allow for manual tightening, but also have flat slits and hex sockets for clamping with a flat-head screwdriver or an Allen wrench.
