A: I would recommend printing at home if you are going to use these frames. When i print at home i print on 8.5'x11 paper for the 8 x 10 frames. Then use a razor and cutting mat to trim. I use the glass as a guide for a perfect fit. Its a little extra work but the results are perfect. When printing at home the PRINT is slightly bigger than the frame so trimming does not show any blank space. I believe printing at a print company may cut the prints slightly smaller than 8x10.

A: Yes, black. I have a dozen of these...work for me....small posters fill entire frame, and easy to change out which I do annually.

A: The frame is flexible, you should be able to just bend it slightly and pop out the glass and then take out the photo.
