The sandstone Auralex ProPanel Fabric Wrapped Acoustical Absorption Panel and Cloud Mount is designed for treating acoustic issues in a recording studio, listening room, or home theater. It can help control reverb, improve speech intelligibility, and reduce the influence of acoustical reflections within the room.

The panel is constructed from Class A fire rated foam wrapped in sandstone colored fabric. It has beveled edges and a noise reduction coefficient of 1.05. The panel can be hung from the ceiling using the four included cloud mounts and your preferred length of lead.

A: Hi Ramesh, The Hovermat will help reduce the noise of your kick pedal, but it will not diminish anything that is not directly being transferred into the ground (such as toms, cymbals, snare). Sound is like water, it travels in every direction and gets through every gap. If you covered your entire rooms floor in a layer of something, that would diminish the noise traveling through the floor.
