A: There is no way we can know in advance what batch we'll get from Moab, but yes if it has a GS it will mean 'short grain'. Moab cuts the paper from a roll & it depends how they slice it up. Although the paper is smooth people that want to fold the paper (i.e. for cards) would be very specific in the grain direction so the paper folds smoothly.

Q: 2. Compatible with Canon Pixma printers? Moab has no ICC color profile for Canon Pixma. How do prints look using Pixma default printer settings?

A: If you are using archival pigment ink they should not need a UV lacquer though it cannot hurt if they will be in bright sun. If you are not using pigment inkjet a uv spray should help with longevity.
