The Gra-Vue MVIO HDEMB-4AUD SDI Audio Embedderfrom Gra-Vue MVIO HDEMB-4AUD SDI Audio Embedderis a half-rack 1RU standalone embedder which embeds two stereo analog audio source signals into a single SDI stream. It features two mirrored SDI outputs so that the video with the newly embedded audio may be delivered to two destinations without requiring a separate distribution amplifier. The SDI audio group and channels to which the audio is embedded is user-defined, and may be set using DIP switches on the unit. The embedder features automatic input detection and supports the following formats: 625i50, 525i60, 720p, 1080i, 1080p, and 1080psf.

The MVIO HDEMB-4AUD-FS provides automatic signal equalization for cable runs up to 328' (Belden 1694A), which can improve the signal quality and reduce the signal loss caused by long distance transmission of the input source. The LED lights on the module indicate the status of input signal and power supply. The unit supports SNMP and can be real-time managed and monitored by XIO NET, an optional network management module, via Ethernet.
