A: The split on the D-ring on the Vortex Ocular Rainguard for Razor HD Binoculars BH #VORGRHDB • MFR #RAINGUARD-2 is to enable you to attach it to the strap without removing the strap from the binoculars.

Q: 9. Would this fit the eyecups of a Canon 10x42 IS? Each eyecup is 45mm in diameter and the guards Canon issues are too loose.

A: Unfortunately these Eyecup's are dedicated. We cannot confirm if they will be compatible with Canon Model. My apologies.

[0.035 lb] I Purchased the Vortex, as unable to find a stockist with stock for the Zeuss rainguards. The vortex Ocular rainguard are a perfect fit, and look as if they are less likely to break in the centre which the nzuess ones are prone to. Received in Australia in 17 days from purchase, thankyou B&H 5

[0.035 lb] Used these to replace eyepiece covers on Celestron/Meade 11x80 4.5 degree field of view binoculars, from the 1990's I think. Works better than the original covers, deeper for better protection. Hangs perfectly off neck strap. Inside diameter is 35 mm, slightly stretchy rubber. Depth is 20 mm. 5

[0.035 lb] I didn't like the Nikon stiff ocular rainguards because they are not a good fit and keep falling off. This product is a better fit because it is made out of rubber and it molds to the shape of the Nikon oculars better. 5
