A: The Siros L LED modeling lamp is a fixed power output and cannot be dimmed to be proportional with its flash power setting.

Q: 6. what's diameter size?It can fit 7 honeycomb grid ??

A: I was interested to check on this since I have about a dozen standard (I think Speedotron) grids in the studio and I didn't really want to spend the money for the Bron grids. Turns out those standard grids fit and stay in place if I bend the spring outward and extra 1/2 inch. The opening of the L40 is about 6 & 7/8th inches (75mm). My standard' grids are about 6 & 5/8th (68mm) depending on how round they are after years of use. I have used them in Speedo, Hensel and Profoto grid reflectors. So they are a little small, but bending the spring outward a bit does the trick. If I was pointing the head down, I'd put a piece of gaffers tape on it for extra security.

Q: 7. Can I use it with Ad600 Pro ? Should i buy bowens mount speedring ?

A: No, the Broncolor L40 Standard Reflector for Siros and Siros L does not work on a Godox AD600 pro.

Q: 8. I have a siros 800 s that apparently uses the halogen bulbs. I'm going to be using the strobe primarily with the uv attachment, so the modelling lamp is little more than a danger - if it accidentally turned on it could start fires. So - will the strobe work if I just remove the halogen lamp?

A: Yes it works without modeling light

Q: 9. what ban door is compatible with the Broncolor L40?The description says it accepts them, but under the accessories list there isn't any ban door available

A: Hi Juan, thanks for your question! The Broncolor Barndoor Set for Siros L40 Reflector, B&H part number BRBDL4 / manufacturer number B-33.119.00 , fits the L40 Reflector.

[Zipper] Ordered this to upgrade from the Siros Basic Reflector. Used Elinchrom, Bowens, Dynalite, Norman, and Novatron Standard Reflectors before and I prefer this one over them all. Approx. 1 stop more output at center. Very nice uniform beam spread with a fairly gradual falloff as you go outwards from the center. 2 Piece construction is solid. Seems to serve the purpose that if the outer shell is dinged it will not affect the light output unless you hit it insanely hard to damage both the outer and inner pieces. The lip on the front facing side is textured as to grip a grid well. They should make available a plastic front protective cover for this reflector. Anyways, I love it and am sure it will survive the test of time. 5

[42 x 11 x 9"] This reflector is pretty straightforward, mounts to my Siros 800, and I use it for the Broncolor line of barndoors and grids. I bought the Broncolor Siros set that did not come with this kind of reflector (comes with 2 standard umbrella cylinder reflectors), and I now have many more possibilities with this reflector and the modifiers I previously mentioned. FYI, you cannot use Barndoors + Grids, the barndoors fit inside the outer rim of this reflector, and only add a small amount of thickness to the inner diameter, but you cannot put grids inside it, incase you were wondering (and not that you would need to utilize both, of course). 5

[Zipper] Very well made travel bag for Siros. Wheels are very convenient. Attachment points for Broncolor accessory bag are nice. Sturdy enough for airline check-in, but no locking points. 5
