The RF-Links HD-1000/10 UHF Video Transmitteris a fully synthesized audio/video transmitter for UHF frequencies from 25MHz-1000MHz. It outputs 10W RF power and offers a 10-15 mile transmission range in resolutions up to 1080i. The ${Model} is sold exclusively to government and military agencies. Video inputs consist of VGA, HDMI, Component, and Composite. Uncompressed signals are encoded in MPEG2.

RF-Video recommends an Omni Dipole antenna, not included.

A: Yes, the RF Venue 2X1SPLIT Passive Splitter/Combiner can be used with one antenna to receive audio signal and then route it to two different receivers. The antenna and receivers that you use will also determine the capabilities of the setup. The 2X1SPLIT functions as a router.

Q: 4. SMA or RP-SMA? How long is the cable?

A: This antenna is SMA male connector and it comes with a 10ft. wire.

Q: 5. Is it compatible with gopro hero 4?

A: This unit has RCA Composite Inputs for the video feed. It may be possible to use it with a GoPro Hero4 if you have the composite cables for the camera. They are B&H #GOACMPS.

A: They are not. This is not a water proof product.

A: Yes you can. The Ursa Mini 4K has a SDI output which you can use to connect to this wireless system.

A: The reason line of sight is given by manufacturers is that is a dependable rating. When you have obstructions, it is impossible for the manufacturer to say what will happen. What does this mean in a practical sense? Think in terms of how dense are the obstructions. Figure with less dense material such as wallboard and lumber, you can be further, like two house rooms. If the wall is concrete or brick, you should still be good if there is a nearby doorway between the rooms. If still spotty, run cable from the monitor to the room the transmitter is in and hang the receiver out of frame.

[< 1°] Purchased last week, used on set last weekend. TLDR: Love, love, love it. Tickled pink. Had Director, 1st AD, Sound (keep the boom out of shot!), and ready room all hooked to video on their phones, and at this price point! Pros: - Filming is a team sport: the value of letting people see what is happening in camera (clients, artistic collaborators, helpers, etc.) can NOT be understated - options, options, options... USB or Battery power, USB power pass through, mounting (flash/screw) - ease of access by anyone with a phone, a tablet, or a laptop running Mac silicon - light weight, can mount on top of camera for use with a gimbal (and power through some gimbals via usb) - price point: I shoot with a non-profit that helps people tell their stories through film, so price is important to consider, and this is a great value at the price point! Cons (minor gripes, but no deal breakers in my opinion) - Plastic body has a little flex in spots - Light weight = not a lot of heat sink (unit got a little warm, but not intolerable) - You might hesitate to use for pulling focus (60ms lag might be a little to long for quick action, but might do in a pinch for rack focus shots) 5

[±1 dB] I've owned this DJI transmitter with my RONIN 4D and in all my shoots (I work for a Latino International Network), not once has it underperformed. As a documentary filmmaker with an Emmy nomination, I can confidently say that this inexpensive addition to your Ronin 4D is a must if you also care to bring your best game on set or on location. The quality and range of the transmission as we all already know, is beyond anyone's expectation. As for the focus pulling, personally, my unit has worked flawlessly with my SONY cinema glass. I assure you, you will not be disappointed and will wonder how you were filming without it before. Seriously, a great pair for the High Bright monitor and Ronin 4D!! 5

[15 dB] I use this primarily for sending video from a camera operator with a steadicam rig to a tomos monitor/recorder. I also have used for feeding HDMI from a laptop to a projector in crowded public meeting setting. Worked great. Not one glitch. 5

[12 VDC] i have the old 600P which i was not happy with ,compare this one with the old , its improved a lot there no noise or signal cut , i use it for football live broadcasting and it give me very good quality in direction the match , the distance was like 100 meters and no single cut observed the picture quality was stable . 5
