A: According to the manufacturer, "[The On-Stage RDLS1000 1 RU Locking Rack Drawer] uses[s] a plastic latching mechanism to keep drawers in place, pushing down on the latch on the front of the drawer allows you to open the drawer. That being said, if held at an angle and especially with any additional weight inside the drawer it’s fairly easy for that latch to pop open and the drawers will move. Locking the drawers would be the only way to truly secure them in place if at an angle."

[23 x 22 x 10.3"] Only note is it's not for small items as the upper back and sections in the side have about a 1 high gap. Great for rain covers, toolbox, and larger items etc. Wider than my Apollo 40 and Ranger drawers. 5

[100 lb / 45 kg] Great Buy I Purchase this to make it better to travel on planes with and might I say its built well and easy to put on my voyager 42 evo. I wish they did maybe make bumpers for the handle at the top though. 5

[15 lb] I bought this drawer for a wireless mic rack, and couldn't be happier. The drawer seems of sturdy design, and the price couldn't be beat -- especially considering it comes standard with a latch and lock. My only complaint is that it is slightly longer than I had anticipated -- my fault for guessing at measurements, but luckily the back facing of the rack still latches on with the drawer installed. Would highly recommend. 5
