The LanParte VBP-02 Ultrathin V-Mount Battery Platefrom LanParte VBP-02 Ultrathin V-Mount Battery Plateis a multifunction power adapter. You can mount a V-mount battery as your power source or connect the unit to AC power via the included power adapter. The VBP-02 features multiple DC outputs (5, 7.4, 12, 15V, and a D-Tap), enabling you to power multiple devices simultaneously. The battery plate's DC barrel charger input allows you to charge the mounted battery. The built-in 15mm LWS rod bracket enables you to use the VPB-02 plate as a counterbalance weight on your rig.

A: I had noise come from an audio recorder that was connected to it while the GH5 was connected to this battery pinch. You'll want to check all devices that you want to connect to it. Once I discovered that, now it works perfectly.

A: This combination is unknown and you must check that the polarity is correct before using. However, we are on the opinion that it should work as intended.

A: The Blackmagic URSA VLock Battery Plate mounts directly to the camera with no wires, has 1 P-Tap and is very inexpensive. The Lanparte VBP-01 Sony V-Mount Battery Pinch with HDMI splitter is more expensive, need a cable to power the camera, but it comes loaded with power outlet options including USB power and an HDMI splitter.

[V-Mount] Bought from B&H new in Spring 2018. Still working in Summer 2020 without issue. Crossing my fingers, never had the issues others describe. Used with Maxoak V mount batteries. Never tried charging the batteries via this pinch as I believe manufacturer instructions said to charge via the battery's d-tap. Used with several monitors, GH5 and BMPCC4k. 5

[V-Mount] This is one of the most important parts of your rig. Absolutely essential! An Anton Bauer Gold Mount Battery easily mounts and supplies power to any number of devicesit has plenty of ports. It's rugged and durable too. It also also charges the battery when plugged into a wall socket, so an external charger isn't required. The Lanparte comes with all the cables too. 5

[V-Mount] I love being able to run my entire DSLR rig from one V-Mount battery. This pinch lets me tap power to my camera, recorder and even a light if I need to. Sometimes I may have the need to add a wireless HDMI send back to a switcher and it helps to be able to tap power to it as well. 5
