A: The XP106 utilizes a sealed lead-acid gel cell battery. There is a panel on the back of the PA that can be removed if the system requires servicing or to replace the battery.

A: The Peavey USB-P - USB "Direct Box" for Outputting Computer Audio to PA System is designed to convert a computer's digital audio output to analog signal and is powered via its USB connection to the computer. The USB-P would not work to convert signal in a similar manner with a device that is sending signal into a computer over USB.

[8.75 lb] I needed to replace a Focusrite Scarlette 2i2 that was having driver issues with Windows 11. This Peavey USB-P needs no drivers and has worked flawlessly, so far. My only issue was that it did not include the USB type B cable. I scavenged a cable from a USB-connected printer, until I can purchase a new cable. 5

[Speaker Stand] I bought this for my 7 year old daughter who likes to put on shows for us at home. Instead of spending $35 for a toy microphone, I bought this, connected it to my stereo and now she's an in-home superstar with her professional microphone. Gotta go to B&H! 5

[Speaker Stand] I bought a new computer a couple of years ago and quickly developed a hum in sending an audio feed from the headphone output to my stereo receiver. I endured the noise for awhile and then bought a unit from another company that was designed to take a usb signal from the computer and convert that into an analog signal. When it arrived, I was struck by how light it was, if felt light nothing was inside the plastic case. After about 6 months, the hum came back and I endured it for another several months. I started researching my options and found this unit and purchased it. Upon arrival, I was shocked at the weight of it, it actually felt like a quality piece of gear. I quickly hooked it up and VOILA, no HUM. I have not done an a/b test yet, but it actually sounds like I am getting better low end from this unit. I am very satisfied with my purchase. hg 5

[Speaker Stand] I've been using this backpack for about five years now, and I've known for a while that I'll replace it with the same one when (if ever) it wears out. It's by far the best backpack I've ever owned. This backpack has gotten me across multiple countries on its own. Tons of room to squeeze in whatever you may need, more than adequate for daily use if you're a student or just need a little more convenient storage than a messenger type bag may provide. I also love the little hard shell compartment on the front. I can put sensitive items in there such as a phone, sunglasses, or other easily breakable objects, and feel comfortable that they will be safe. Even if you don't need a hefty backpack, I still recommend this one. It isn't too bulky if you don't put too much in it, but if the need ever arises, well... 27L! 5
