It has a locking hot shoe mount for the camera as well as a PC port for connection to a camera when necessary . [2.4 GHz] I have waited forever to learn about using indoor lights and photography. This little box gets you over the hurdle and starts to give you an understanding of lights and their artistic use in photography!! I recommend this to any new user as well as the Kelby course! 5

[2.4 GHz] Ive owned Nikon & Canon flashes and it was always a struggle to understand their complexity of buttons & dials to get the right shot. Scott Kelbys book explains it all and makes it very simple. He explains flash for not just a brand or two, but for all flash (speedlights). I read the book from cover to cover and learned so much. Finally, I know how to get the best out of my flashes. I highly recommend this book to anyone who uses or is intimidated by flashes. Its one of the best photography books I have in my library and I have quite a few. 5

[1x CR2] This is a very, very well written instruction book! It's a easy read, not hard to understand Mr Kelby view point on photography. Flash has made me for the first time not afraid to use my flash, I feel confident. I am not a pro ,not yet, but with the FLASH BOOK, I can get there. 5

[2.4 GHz] This book is great and explains the basics of a modern DSLR system in very simple language. It gets to the point and provides the information you need to know for many types of situations you want to deal with. The complex technical explanations for DLSR use is reduced to straight forward information needed to take many kinds on photos. I have purchased may How To Books through the years and I consider this book one of the better ones I have ever purchased. 5
