The black K&M 21357 Pneumatic Spring Distance Rod Blackfrom K&M 21357 Pneumatic Spring Distance Rod Blackis a steel tube combination used to connect satellite systems. It has 5 height adjustable positions, between 36.4 to 56.9". This rod features a redundant securing system, with a clamping screw and locking pin. The integrated 37.5 lb pneumatic spring is designed to ease the extension and retraction of the loudspeakers. The distance rod end is in the form of a peg, designed to make is easier to mount and remove the loudspeaker. M20 threaded bolts are used to attach the 24116 connector plate.

[M20] Was looking for something to sit on an existing desk, would fit my monitor & keyboard and would allow me to work standing or sitting. This exact fit the bill. Only caution is that with items on top when you lower it, the weight can bring the table down too fast if you don't slow it. 5

[8.2 lb] For the past three years, I've had a problem with severely strained back muscles. The worst thing I can do is sit for long periods of time and, since I make my living as a writer, I spent many hours in my desk chair. A physical therapist recommended I get a product like this, but warned it might be very expensive. Well, it wasn't. For the price we paid, I didn't think I'd get a product that performed this well. Now, usually, I stand when I write. I have less back pain, and its very easy to move it up and down. I can't imagine how a more expensive version of this would be any better. 5

[8.2 lb] This is a really solid adjustable standing desk that comes ready to use out of the box. The surface is very large and it is also very affordable. 5
